Another excellent holiday to the Dalmatian Coast, staying on Hvar and Brač. We also visited the Makarska Riviera on the Croatia Mainland. Couldn't fault any aspect of our holiday. The flights were all on time or early. The Hotels in Hvar Town (Amfora Grand Hotel) and in Bol on Brač (Hotel Elephusa) were very good, ideal locations with great facilities and close to many fantastic beaches and easy walking distance of towns with many great restaurants and bars. The road transfers to and from Split airport to the Port were comfortable, on time with excellent drivers. Even when there was a slight hiccup when our original Ferry from Hvar to Bol was cancelled due to tidal conditions, Jack (Balkan Escape) contacted us direct and arranged an alternative Ferry transfer and emailed the Tickets within a couple of hours. Bol is an ideal location to stay on Brač, just a 35 minutes ferry ride to Makarska on the mainland, we will definitely be visiting again and again using Balkan Escape. Every detail of your holiday is taken care of and this NOT reflected in the price that you pay as they are very competitive.
