Stayed with Balkan Holidays at the Hotel Rila in Borovets and I could not fault the holiday. The hotel is clean, fantastic position next to the slope and the resort itself was buzzing. Apart from the lobby and bar area which was lacking a bit of atmosphere, everything else was five star.
