Just four months prior, I had paid £600 for a full key set, so I was shocked to learn that the cost for just the cylinders was £600, with an additional £200 for the call-out fee. When I inquired about the pricing, the representative explained that the high costs were due to supplier prices, but it felt unreasonable to charge so much simply for a call-out. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of, especially during a stressful time. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
