We have moved into a house that has alarm, safe and locks provided by Banham. While the people who come out to change the locks/ sort alarm system are very good their office staff are shockingly bad. We have waited weeks for help, only to be given incorrect advice. If you phone you get stuck on hold for very long periods of time (and often hung up on). Emails go weeks unanswered. Banham used to be known for excellent customer service - I think they are now trading on their name and cashing in. If you are putting in a new system, go elsewhere.
