Problem with our lock three weeks ago. Paid £150 call out fee, locksmith said a simple spring needed replacing. Did not return the next day as promised. Two phone calls later still apparently waiting for a spare part!! In contact with Banham now because I posted negatively under an Instagram advert, as a result they got straight back to me, Supposedly a priority and STILL WAITING! It is just not good enough. Why are you waiting for a spare part; a spring!! I feel I am being constantly fobbed off. In the meantime, the door is only secured by a bottom lock which is worrying. Absolutely appalling, if you cannot get the part, why are you selling these locks? Please advise
