I wouldn't hesitate to use the Sheffield branch of Banner Jones again. I was worried at first that not always being able to speak to the same person all the time would result in a lack of information being passed and people not being up to date on the stage the sale of my house was at, when I called. This was absolutely not the case; everyone had the up to date info and could talk to me with confidence- very reassuring. Despite my having to do most of the contacting ( which I did find a little annoying at times) , my calls were always returned if no one was available and my emails answered and I was never made to feel like a 'pain in the neck' for calling. Correspondence being emailed to me was great. I was informed of extra costs incurred before the work was undertaken. All agreed deadlines for actions were met, for the sale of my house to proceed- which is more than can be said for my buyer solicitors !! Thank you for providing me with a great service.
