We had a very satisfying experience when we used Banner-Jones to update 2 wills and also create 2 powers of attorney. We dealt with Sarah Allen, solicitor, who was very pleasant, helpful and obviously very knowledgeable. We were also impressed by the fact that in Sarah's absence her secretary was very efficient and able to deal with our queries instantly.
