Very pleased with my purchases here. I have been staking the UFO lame for ages and finally bit the bullet and ordered one. Also ordered the Danish whisk which I was a bit 50/50 on whether I needed one. I am delighted with both products, very happy with the level of service and communication I received. Very pleasantly surprised at the quality. My doughs are no match for this whisk, not sure if I am imagining it, but seem to be getting better gluten development! My scoring game has also increased. So very happy about that also. Was actively was trying to find an Ozzie supplier and Banneton Man is just that! Tahnks a million.
