I made a one-off purchase from Banneton Man last year and was so impressed by the quality that when I decided to order a banneton this year I already knew I would buy from them again. The order I received was incorrect, but Dirk and his team were easy to work with, and they were able to send me the correct order very quickly and with little hassle.
