I am almost eighty years old and a retired baker.
I have taken an interest in sourdough since my grandson received an apprenticeship in a local Artizan Bakery that specializing in French Patisserie and sourdough.
I manage to turn out a pretty reasonable product at home.
Since purchasing bannetons with liners from you they have made a marked improvement in my sourdough loaves, they are magic.
