I’ve purchased a number of items from Banneton Man. My parcels have been posted very quickly & arrived much earlier than I thought they would. The bannetons I’ve bought have been great quality & the instructions with them are helpful. I’ve also purchased some linen bread bags & oven mitts. They have also been great quality items. The oven mitts protect me from the high temperatures I need to bake my sourdough, that cast iron gets hot. I like to support local business, it is for that reason & the others I've mentioned, I will continue to purchase from Banneton Man.
