I am very impressed with the quality of the products and materials used. I've been baking sourdough loaves for a few years now, but mainly shaping by hand and bowls etc - suffice to say that the shape and quality of my bakes has vastly improved since using these bannetons (and lame). I plan on getting more of the range soon.
