I had bought my bannetons from the Banneton Man a few years ago but wanted to buy liners for them. I wasn’t sure of the sizes and initially ordered the incorrect ones. Dirk was so helpful with making sure I ordered the correct sizes and even offered to swap them over. Excellent support and customer service and great quality bannetons and liners.
