The initial contact was easy and efficient. I noted the interaction was confined to the application for probate. I had hoped to deal with all the estate isssues through the same company, however, I interpreted from the conversation that the service provided would only cover the application for probate. This was dissapointing as I have now had to seek seperate legal advice for the property transfer and other estate matters.
