I ordered a Dell R940 and it arrived well packed and in good physical condition. It turned out, however, that either one of the CPUs was faulty, or the BIOS on the board had been corrupted. The company paid to have it shipped back, repaired, and then shipped back to me within a week. Throughout, the support team were responsive and spoke to me like an adult (which sadly, is not a given in IT now).
This is my second purchase and I don't doubt there'll be many more.
