Bought some cushions from a friendly male assistant on Friday.
Had to return them today as they weren’t the right colour. Approached a female today at the till point who abruptly said “I’m busy “and could not deal with the return and instructed me to take them upstairs to find another assistant. What she was busy was busy with I’m not sure other than folding some paper. The store was empty.
Not the friendly reception I was expecting.
