Just got back from a weekend stay at this pub. We and our friends thought it was a real find. Excellent food and beers with a good wine selection. Really high standard, comfortable rooms, with lovely views over the countryside and excellent breakfast, all at a very reasonable price. Well situated at the foot of Bucknell Hill with a good sized garden. Lovely walking country, with a book of walks available from the pub. The friendly, attentive service helped to make it a great weekend. We will certainly be back!
