Since joining the Barry's cactus club I have had to contact the customer service team about my first box getting lost in transit, they were so helpful and quick to respond, I have enjoyed each and every single box so far, and will continue to stay subscribed to this, great value for money,my daughter also enjoys recieving these and reading the little info cards on each quirky little cactus we receive.
