Barwood Homes are not new home builders. They are the worst kind of cowboy. No pride in their product and they do not care about the home owner. They just want your money ASAP. The houses are never finished before moving in day. It is up to the new homeowner to discover the significant amount of serious defects themselves. There is then a 2 year period of having contractors in the house constantly to try and finish the build. Do not buy from this frankly criminal company.
