We ordered a shower door 10 days ago. Delivery was confirmed for Friday, but we haven't received anything.
On Monday we called customer service to check what is happening with our order. We've been told that our order was loaded in the wrong van and redelivery date is Wednesday. We asked why no one advised about the changes.
Today, as is Wednesday, I thought to call customer service and check if our order left the depot and for our surprise we found out that product is damaged and they will have to replace and arrange redelivery with can take another week or more.
We've asked to speak with the manager and no one is available.
Maybe, if we are lucky, in 48 h will be contacted by the manager.
Poor services and communication is '0'.
Is annoying as we have booked the builders to fix the door initially for today and we postponed for Thursday, now we have to wait another week or so to rearrange everything.
