I ordered a replacement part, after finding the basin was smashed. I have to say, the young man I spoke to (Lyndon) was very professional and patient with me. He quickly sorted out a replacement part, and have now received it, 48 hours later.
I am extremely happy with the service I have received and would definitely recommend them.
