Soak managed to deliver the wrong shower door, simple to rectify you would think, I'm afraid not.
I tried phoning, I never got an answer, even after letting it ring for 20 mins.
Email, this seems to be the best option, best that is if you are happy with a response which is at best 2 days.
After being fobbed off for 3 weeks, I was eventually given a day for collection of the wrong unit and delivery of the correct item, wrong unit collected, no sign of the right one.
more emails, more excuses, 2 more times I was promised it was out for delivery, 2 more times it didnt arrive.
On the 3rd occasion it arrived, it only took 8 weeks for them to sort out their mistake.
Since then I have been offered allsorts of incentives to remove my reviews, I;m afraid the horse has already bolted.
