The toilet seat they supplied cracked right across without even being touched. Soak sent me 3 replacements as this happened repeatedly. They will not accept that there is a manufacturing fault in the moulding which needs to be addressed with the
manufacturers. They are low refusing to offer a further replacement. This is not a quality company. Hence so many bad reviews. AVOID!!
