I requested a brochure and they kept phoning me. As I am converting my garage to a disabled bathroom, (I have Planning and a full set of drawings plus a measurable space.) I thought I should get them to measure up so I know that the services would be in the correct space and my configuration was OK for disabled use. They had a picture in their brochure of exactly what I wanted. I wanted it professionally fitted. They refused to give me a quote or even look at it.
