BOD customer service is 5 star. They respond to emails really quickly, the service is lightening fast. Unfortunately, the shower screen I had ordered got damaged in transit - they sent another one to me the next day and arranged collection of the faulty product in 3 days. After having a pretty horrendous experience with VictorianPlumbing, it was a real relief to have excellent service from BOD.
