Unbelievable, quite literally the worse company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is non-existent, you can’t call and speak directly to anyone, you have to request a call back which you never get until a day or so later. If you email their customer service they don’t reply. I bought a bath tub and was promised a delivery date, one day before delivery I was told they were out of stock. I cancelled my order and was promised a full refund, I paid by credit card and three weeks later no refund. Fortunately, they use PayPal to make payments so I raised a dispute directly with PayPal who were fantastic in sorting this out. They upheld my case and now finally six weeks later I have my refund. I’m absolutely disgusted with this company and would advise anyone thinking of using them to avoid at any cost.
