NO REFUND PROCESSED - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Placed an order but was then told the delivery would be delayed. Unfortunately this didn't work with my timescale for installation so I had to cancel. I was advised it had been passed onto the relevant team and I would receive a reply via email in 24 hours to confirm the refund had been processed. I never heard from them and they are now ignoring all of my requests for a call back and my emails. Still no refund and it looks unlikely they have no intention on giving me my money back.
