AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Would be zero stars if possible
I made an order for bathroom wall panels in July with a 3 week delivery date. As this date passed, I emailed for an update to be given a new approximate date. As this date passed, I was given another date. This went on for a while, with being given different reasons and new approximate dates. So towards the end of October after being given another 'delivery date' I decided to cancel and order from somewhere else.
I was told the first refund could take up to 10 days. When this date passed I emailed them again to be given new excuses. Then told it will be 5-7 days. That has passed again, so I emailed again. And again. Now not getting a response over a week later. Their web chat is also offline and the telephone number doesn't allow you to talk to anyone. I asked in multiple emails and web chats for the manager to call. No response.
Not once was any update given by their free will, it was always after being chased. I have never experienced a company this bad at every aspect of their business.
I have now had to contact my bank to try get my money back.
