Bathroom “Spare Parts” is an apt name. Tried ringing - incredibly unhelpful woman told me to go on line - she needs charm school. Often takes weeks to respond to e mails. Send photos and they ask me to send a photo daaaaahhhh?!!! Then they say they can’t identify it even when I send the Bath Store ref number daaaahhhbb!!! I think something is fundamentally wrong.
