Disappointing! My recent experience has not been very good at all. I phoned for some advice on a replacement handle for my shower and placed the order over the phone. When the handle arrived, it was not the correct part. There are two very similar versions and the one that I discussed on the phone was the incorrect handle. I phoned again and placed an order for the second handle and expected that I would be sent a returns label for the incorrect item. Despite numerous emails back-and-forth this company have flatly refused to pay for the return postage. I am quite shocked as this is not the level of customer service that I would have expected from them, Especially since I placed the second order for the correct part. In this day and age most companies would sort that out without any problem at all, especially organisations such as Amazon, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer’s etc. I am shocked and disappointed and sadly cannot recommend them at all unless you are sure you have got the correct part. What a shame and I hope that they look seriously at their level of customer service in the future. I still need to return the handle and so will update this review further as to whether I actually receive the refund or not. I was hoping for their original delivery cost to also come back to me but I now realise that’s totally unlikely.
