We purchased a shower enclosure 3 years ago with "5 years warranty". The roller wheels on both screens have become faulty and seized after one year, they sent replacement rollers first time but when these seized again recently, the company are now saying they have no spare rollers and have sent me to look for replacement ones online, offering a £12 refund for an enclosure we can no longer use. Poor quality rollers and a disappointing customer service. Their warranty cannot be deemed as warranty if there are no spare parts available, either free or not.
