Order #356067 Experience not the best. Ordered Ryobi compatible battery and charger on 30Sept2024. Received email from customer service specialist on 01Oct2024 stating one item (charger) out of stock and if can refund and just send battery. I replied on 4th Oct stating that was ok. I have followed up twice since with no reply. AusPost still shows 'Ready for Processing'.
