I would rate the customer service if I had got some. Repeated contacts ignored or replies for standard automated responses. No way to manage or amend an order online. Told cannot do anything order confirmed. Took the money in a hurry but no goods have arrived and order has disappeared. Do not bother ringing because it is outside business hours or just rings out
