Easy process & prompt communication. Actual delivery is slow but good communication. This is my second purchase & second review. The same as last time, I will buy through the company again, but once you're on the mailing list, you get bombarded with emails and sms often daily. That's my only gripe, too many sell,sell sell messages. Keep up the good work
