Easy ordering process on line. Prompt delivery. However, when I opened the item there were no 'operating instructions'. Rang and spoke to a team member and got a lot of " I think" and " yes it should" " it should be just plug and play" answers to my questions. Little help at best. Item seems to be working but I'm still in the dark about a couple of features that it is supposed to have incorporated.
