I ordered a v6 Dyson battery and received a v7 battery ,after speaking to battery mate they said they would sent the correct battery with in 2days ,that didn't happen.i I returned the v7battery with in 2 days after receiving it,After more phone calls ,trying to work out what happened they told me I ordered the wrong battery but the invoice they sent clearly said v6 ,after 3weeks I found out the battery was out of stock ,some one did tell the truth and once in stock I got delivery with in 2days.This process took 3weeks
