Ordered a remote control only to chase up where it is 7 days later only to be told there was a delay. I emailed back straight away asking for a refund as I purchased another through another reliable company as I had a client waiting on it. After asking for a refund, 2 days later I get a second email stating it’s been dispatched. After receiving this email I then get another email from there customer service stating that once it’s been dispatched they can’t refund it and I’ll have to return it (at my cost) once I receive it.
