It is timely that this review arrived today as it may save me a phonecall. My purchase was placed 19-01-25 and was packed for shipment and confirmed 20-01-25. The shipping paid was for 1 to 4 days delivery. The confirmation email contained a link to Aramex for tracking, and as yet there is no information shown on that link confirming any transportation progress and more importantly no parcel has arrived at my address.
