Placing an order I paid with paypal, I'm not sure how but paypal changed my delivery address to an old address and mistakenly the order went through. It took me 10 minutes to work out how to contact you to change the address, of course I was unable to as the order was already placed and my attempt at rectification was 15 minuits after the order was placed. I was informed that your system will not allow a change. I understand I made a mistake on the order, I will not make that mistake again as I will never see the batteries I paid for. It was a minimal amount but the frustration and inconvenience is anoying. I suggest you make it easier to rectify a mistake.
