Hi there , I ordered 2x 90mm LED Downlight CCT Dimmable Recessed Ceiling Light 3000K/4000K/5000K Adjustable 90mm Cutout Round Spotlights. I needed the one with the plug but I have received the one which I will need a electrician and also I need the white one and this one is silver. When i bought it i saw on the descrition it says its white. I have been trying to call and email since the day I have received the order 04/02/25 but since then the issue hasn't been solved. I have tried explaining it to a couple of people on the email and they all sent me a link to click but it doesn't open at all and gives me an error message. It's really frustrating because the calls are never answered or I can't hear a single thing and no one has reached back to me. No one has still got back to me.Please let me know how this can be solved. Thank you
