There was an issue with my purchase I ordered batter and charger combo and the charger doesn’t charge there is any issue with it I contacted customer support their AI support said it will have a look it’s been 20 days since I heard from them I sent them emails requesting updates on my order no answer the battery are genuine but if there is any issues with ur order good luck getting them to resolve it
