Initially there was a mix up when the incorrect items were delivered to me, however , after I notified BatteryMate about what had happened, they apologised for the error and quickly set about dispatching the correct items to me.
I am very happy with the quick follow up to what had occurred and the prompt dispatching of the correct items.
I thank the team members that I communicated with and the way that they handled the problem.
