I ordered my TV remotes 16 days ago and they still haven't arrived. This was supposed to have been a 2 - 7 day delivery. I have emailed only to be told they have been sent but the tracking says otherwise. I won't dealing with batterymate again. This was advertised as Australian supplier but have now found items are coming from China
