Slight problem but resolved fast. Only 1 battery was delivered after ordereing 2. Called and the company relized their error and sent me second one 2 day mail. Other than waiting a little longer to get my power chair going all turned out well.
Customer service was very helpful! Most places or people don't admit when they made a mistake.
