One item I ordered became unavailable. I called and was able to change the item to one you had. The problem was the delay inshipping. I was told the items would go right out but instead after ten days I had to call.nthe items had not been shipped. To your credit they went out that day. So the total time from my original order until I received the two batteries was over three weeks.
