Great communication! The battery ordered is a specific specialized battery. I could not find any where else. They also struggled with obtaining the battery due to backorder, unlike big box stores they emailed me noted the expected time frame and offered to refund. I decided to wait it out. The backorder time was expended twice that I am aware of but every time I emailed I received a response within an hour letting me know the new expected time-frame and an apology. I decided to continue to wait. Then was surprised with a fedex tracking number and received an exact duplicate to our battery with 1 small manufacturer change requiring an adapter. Service and communication was excellent along with quick shipping once they had it in their hands. Would happily order from them again!
