The first shipment that I ordered was delivered less than 2 days. They are sending me the BW125AH instead of the BW1280 8AH battery that I ordered. I emailed your company about the issue. The customer service will send me the correct shipment and will send me the pre-paid shiping label for me to return the wrong battery to your office.
It was over 5 days but did not get any reply.
