The battery that we ordered was a replacement for our floor scrubber at our Animal Hospital. The first one arrived damaged, which was Fedex's fault. Once I sent the pictures to the support email, I got a fast response with a message that I would have a new battery asap. I received the new battery within 3 days and it arrived without damage. 5 Stars!
