my battery came damaged the first time. this was 100% shipping fault.
Your team member had me a replacement battery out the same day I called.
He was extreamy nice and profesional.
The 2nd battery could had been packed better in my opinion, yes it had paper on TOP but not on sides or Bottom, this could had been easley damaged as well..
But thankfully it was not.
