Sales rep was helpful advising that what I thought I wanted was not possible and suggested an alternative setup. Was quite suprised that due to extreme drop, I was offered only a single spring rate option. Front spring rate worked out very well but rear is a little too heavy as expected. Overall rather satisfied, but wish my spring rates preference was available in extreme drop option. Responce time on live chat was nearly a week, when I got contacted about the specifications was less than a day on email. Were very helpful on the phone regarding status of the order.
